Enable Ask Where to Save Files before downloading Chrome
It looks like it's in browser settings (I'm using Chrome) to Open "safe" files after downloading. Uncheck that box. Right click in the document tab in photoshop n select reveal in finder. And delete the files in AutoRecover folders. Step 1. Start Safari. Step 2. Go into the Safari Preferences. Step 3. Under the General tab untick the box at the bottom labelled Open �safe� files after.
